#PETER PAN 2003 DVD FULL SCREEN NEW MOVIE#
He should have come up with an evil character, as was done in t he third movie - in theaters now. The screenwriter missed a bit with the invention of the "accidental" nastiness at the North Pole. I missed all of the newness of seeing the North Pole as I had in the first Santa Clause movie. Meanwhile, there is some inadvertent nastiness at the North Pole but that seemed too contrived for me.

It takes perhaps a necessary slowness of the movie for Santa to find his wife. I commend the producer/director for not taking the tact of sex, sexual inuendos, etc. It is family oriented, even though the director could have gotten into sexual territory in this movie, Santa finds out, that to continue being Santa, he must get married within 28 days. I just watched this movie last night it was a little slow but still a "good" movie. David Krumholtz stars as Bernard, Santa's right-hand elf, and Elizabeth Mitchell is Carol Newman, Charlie's school principal and Scott's unlikely love interest. Allen is extremely engaging as Scott, a normal guy who loves his role as perhaps the most beloved character in the lives of children. Unfortunately, the toy Santa becomes obsesses with the rules in the Santa handbook and turns into a dictator, complete with an army of toy soldiers. Searching for a wife and worried about Charlie, Santa returns home as Scott, leaving a toy Santa (also played by Allen) in his place to run the North Pole. To make matters worse, his mortal son, Charlie, is acting out in school and is on the Naughty list. As Christmas Eve-the marriage deadline-approaches, Santa finds himself slowly returning to his mortal appearance as the "de-Santification process" begins.

Unfortunately, 900-year old elf Curtis (Spencer Breslin) failed to read the fine print in the Santa Clause and didn't notice that Santa has to find a wife or stop being Santa. Scott Calvin (Tim Allen) found a jacket eight years ago that turned him into Santa Claus.
